Key Personnel
We are proud of our team, their experience and their ability to step up and take
on increasing levels of responsibility. Our people are what make our company so
special. Most of our employees were in place working for either Stone Fort Land
Company or Osborne Building Corporation when the management company began in 1999.
When you count this experience, our employee's average tenure with the company is
20 years.
We are also proud of the fact that we actively work on increasing the skill set
of all our employees. Our employees have attended developmental training, such as
real estate and brokerage schools, classes in Property Management and LEED Certification
and are enhancing their leadership skills by active participation in civic and community
organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce, Executive Women International and
Leadership Chattanooga.
